With its creamy texture and perfectly balanced citrus flavour, our Premium Mild yoghurt base offers a refreshing taste without compromising on the genuine yoghurt aftertaste. These qualities make it the perfect base for creamy and sweet flavourings such as vanilla, coffee, chocolate, caramel and more.

*From 40c per serve (100g) for the base only, when purchased as a carton. Calculated on average yield with no wastage and normal machine settings. Per bag serve cost is 50c. Product is dry powder, finished product is a serving suggestion only.

Mixing Instructions

Pour 4 litres of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade mixing container. Add a 1.8kg bag of N715 into the water while mixing with a wire whisk, until all sugar has dissolved. Allow to stand for 10 minutes then whisk vigorously before pouring into the soft serve machine to freeze.
